Piano lessons with joy, quality and a sense of community

Föreningen Klaverhuset was founded in 2016 with the aim of offering high quality music education in a warm and inspiring environment. Each week, we teach around 65 students of all ages, from complete beginners to advanced players. Our piano teachers are both highly qualified educators and active musicians, which brings depth, quality and musical joy to the lessons.

We offer concert opportunities, support in choosing an instrument, and a welcoming space where each student can grow at their own pace.

Teaching

Lessons are taught individually and tailored to each student’s age, experience and goals. We welcome students from around age 5 and up. Some aim to pursue music more seriously, others simply want to enjoy the journey, and we support both.

Our teaching takes place at three locations in Sollentuna:

Häggvik, Rotebro and Futuraskolan Rådan (only for pupils at that school)

Courses & Prices

Individual lessons (20, 30 or 45 minutes)
Shared lessons (perfect for siblings or friends)
Preparatory course for pupils applying to music focused schools
Adult lessons that are tailored, flexible and relaxed

Concerts & Ensemble Playing

Each term, our students are invited to take part in a student concert, a much loved and inspiring part of our teaching, though entirely optional.

Before concerts, we often rehearse ensemble playing, such as four-hand piano and small group pieces. It’s a great way to build musicality, confidence, and a sense of community among students.
